At Light & Bern Candles, all of our candles are handcrafted with care using high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through our website or in person, including but not limited to:
- Scented candles
- Custom or personalized items
- Seasonal or limited-edition products
- Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging for verification.
In such cases, we will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
